Delete your Jhuri account

Jhuri: our family shopping list, by Pixwelz LTD.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

Open Jhuri and tap your family avatars at the top of the list to open Family & settings.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.
If the app asks you to sign in again first, sign out, sign back in, and repeat step 2.

Option 2: by email

Send an email to suman@pixwelz.com with the subject "Delete my Jhuri account" from the email address you use in Jhuri. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your login (email and password)
Your profile: name, profile photo and notification settings
Your membership in your family group

Shared family data: items, wishes and expenses you added to your family's shared list stay for the remaining family members. If you also want those deleted, say so in your email, or delete them in the app before deleting your account. If you are the last member of a family, we delete the whole family's data when you ask.
